Spread Eagle in Rolleston on Dove is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and guest experience. This role sits within Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers, offering a hands-on leadership opportunity in a charming rural pub.

You will train and inspire your team, act as a role model, and drive service excellence to meet business targets while ensuring guests feel truly welcome.

• Experience in hospitality management is required.
