Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a Deputy Manager at The Windmill to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a motivated team. You’ll inspire staff to deliver memorable food, drink and hospitality experiences, while actively guiding development and achieving business targets.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Windmill, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
