Job summary

Beagle at Vintage Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and to lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train the team to deliver great food, drink and service, act as a role model for development, and drive moments that WOW our guests so they keep coming back. This position also offers progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers and a supportive team culture.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations as Duty Manager when required
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard

As Assistant Manager at the Beagle, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
