Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Vintage Inns at the Golden Retriever. Based at a rural pub, you’ll support the General Manager to lead the site and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, permanent role offers development opportunities, staff training, and a vibrant team environment.

You’ll supervise service, train your team, and drive guest satisfaction while helping meet business targets and standards across the venue.

As Deputy Manager at the Golden Retriever, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
