Barnt Green Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in delivering a successful site and inspiring the team to provide memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Deputy/Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to meet business targets and drive performance.

As Deputy Manager at the Barnt Green Inn, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
