Job summary

Snowy Owl in the Vintage Inns collection is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy site. You’ll use your management experience to inspire your team and deliver a memorable guest experience across food, drink and service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Strong people leadership and shift management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the site.
• Train and mentor the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as a role model and guide team development.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosts of memorable moments.
