Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Bay Horse to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an excellent guest experience. You will mentor staff and model high standards in service, food and hospitality.

You’ll be part of Vintage Inns, known for its cosy pubs and welcoming atmosphere, with progression opportunities and employee benefits as part of the Mitchells & Butlers group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
