Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Snowy Owl (Vintage Inns) in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager and lead a busy pub team. You will inspire staff, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive day-to-day operations at the site.

You’ll foster training and development, model exemplary hosting, and work to meet business targets while benefiting from the brand’s discounts, pension, and holiday entitlement. A strong guest focus and leadership are essential.
