Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Snowy Owl pub within Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead and inspire a hospitality team, and help create memorable guest experiences in a cosy, traditional pub setting.

You will foster development, maintain high standards of service, and work towards business targets while enjoying significant staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life’s memorable moments.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Snowy Owl, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
