Job summary

Davidlloyd Kingston is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a DL Club and deliver an outstanding member experience daily. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive club targets while ensuring smooth operations and strict health & safety compliance.

The role emphasizes people-focused leadership, accountability for club performance, and opportunities for career development within a premium health and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a successful DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience seven days a week.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies driving club targets and member experience.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are followed for everyone in the club.

Assistant General Managers are people-focused and have full accountability in leading and operating a successful DL Club and giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies to drive club targets and member experience, alongside ensuring a smooth operation making sure day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to for everyone in the club.
