Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Narborough is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage the operations of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments within your DL Club.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, recruit and train your team, and drive an exceptional member experience through strong communication and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Ability to lead a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across departments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passion for delivering customer service and an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments within the club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring efficient club operation.
• Recruit, train and empower the activities team to perform at their best.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through service excellence and team leadership.

As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club.
