Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Assistant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will support across the club with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members and assisting teams to ensure a safe, welcoming and excellent experience for members seven days a week.

We value customer service, teamwork and clear communication. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced club environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support across the club with cleaning and upkeep tasks.
• Assist opening and closing routines and store checks.
• Greet members and respond to queries to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide support to different departments as needed to maintain service standards.
