David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Oxford is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and operate a premium DL Club, delivering an exceptional member experience seven days a week.

You will work with the General Manager to implement strategies, drive club targets, ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance, and foster a welcoming, high-performance team culture where employees can thrive.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions with variable challenges and goals, across departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club with full accountability to deliver an excellent member experience seven days a week.
