Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Stevenage is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience daily. You will support across clubs with tasks like cleaning, opening/closing duties, and greeting members, working with teams to create a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for customer service, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting; Emergency Response qualification is a plus.

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and general cleaning.
• Greet members and support teams across departments as needed.
