Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a DL Club, driving excellence in member experience and daily operations. Working closely with the General Manager, you will implement strategies to meet club targets while ensuring safety and compliance across the site.

This role is people-focused and accountable for the club's performance, within Europe's leading premium health and wellness group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

About the Role
