Salary: £12.91 per hour

Working Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week

Days of Work: Shifts vary Monday to Sunday on Rolling Rota.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in training and scheduling the team.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to keep cabins, hot tubs, and facilities in top condition.
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed and compliance paperwork is completed.
  • Check and maintain cabins before guest arrivals, ensuring everything is in full working order.
  • Respond to guest concerns efficiently, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Skills and Experience
  • Our ideal Assistant Facilities Manager will be extremely organised, able to balance multiple challenges and tasks at once, provide motivation and guidance to the team while keeping guest satisfaction a top priority.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Hands-on maintenance experience, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Resilience to work outdoors in all weather conditions, all year round.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to assist guests and handle queries professionally.
  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to support, train, and motivate staff.
