Qualifications

• Working towards HNC in Construction or a relevant Degree level qualification.
• Knowledge of construction and private residential building contracting.
• Awareness of property taxation matters and contractual law.
• Understanding traditional building methods and products.
• Experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sub-contract returns and engage with the supply chain.
• Complete elemental rate breakdowns and manage the internal cost database.
• Assist with multiple stage tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Use historic rates to price work and complete cost plans.
• Promote the company and seek new tender opportunities.
• Prepare documents for tender adjudications.
