A leading international financial institution seeks an Assistant Analyst to manage operational tasks and support various banking functions. The Assistant Analyst is responsible for completing a variety of operational tasks across equivalent middle and back office functions that interface with Banking origination, portfolio teams and Treasury front office. They process disbursements and other related transactional activity across a range of products, ensuring that EBRD accurately and timely processes, settles and manages Banking/Treasury products in the global markets. Where relevant, they may lead changes to legal documentation post signing. The role involves supporting and mentoring by colleagues, managing a portfolio of basic operations and interacting with multiple teams across the Bank, including Treasury, Risk, Office of General Counsel (OGC) and broader Corporate Services teams. They may handle client (borrower) communications on banking matters when necessary. The Assistant Analyst also supports other team members by managing project covenant reporting across the wider portfolio of deals, sharing documents with external parties who participate in EBRD projects and performing other tasks to support experienced team members. The role requires adopting a continuous improvement mindset and supporting improvements to operational processes across the OSM function.
