Kream Motor Recruitment seeks an Assistant Aftersales Manager for a prominent multi-franchised dealership in Exeter. The permanent position supports the Aftersales Manager across busy service and parts operations, with scope to progress from senior service advisory roles or team leadership into management.

The role emphasises leadership, strong customer service focus and ensuring standards are maintained while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Franchised dealership experience, strong commercial awareness and a proven focus on customer service and performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Aftersales Department.
• Drive EVHC, upselling, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Support KPIs, productivity and operational targets.
• Ensure manufacturer and company standards are maintained.
• Lead and support Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams.
