Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager for its Dorchester operation in Dorset. The role requires prior experience in a similar position and involves implementing the service department strategy, driving profitability, managing costs, and delivering outstanding aftersales service.

Salary starts at 28k basic with an OTE of 34k, with a work pattern that includes regular hours and alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or in related roles such as Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Service Departments After Sales strategy (in respective area).
• Maximise volume and gross profit in line with established targets.
• Manage costs.
• Ensure the Service Team uses the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.
• Ensure all activities of the Service Team deliver outstanding after sale customer service.
• Provide direction and support to the Service Team to ensure the delivery of agreed targets.
• Maximise the performance of the Service Department with the Aftersales Manager through recruitment, coaching, management and development.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00 and alternate Saturdays 08.00 – 13.00

You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.
