The permanent position supports the Aftersales Manager across busy service and parts operations, with scope to progress from senior service advisory roles or team leadership into management.

The role emphasises leadership, strong customer service focus and ensuring standards are maintained while driving profitability.

An established multi-franchise dealership group is seeking an experiencedASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGERto support the Aftersales Manager across its busy service and parts operations.

The role would suit aSenior Service Advisor, Aftersales Team Leader or experienced dealership professionallooking to progress into management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Aftersales Department.
• Drive EVHC, upselling, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

The Candidate
