Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the front-of-house team and vehicle service flow, mentor technicians and advisors, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The role offers a rewarding package and long-term career progression in excellent facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Aftersales Manager in a main dealer preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of staff development and performance management.

We are currently working closely with a franchised dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to oversee the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a main dealer in excellent facilities. Reporting in to the General Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive superb levels of service, in line with brand expectations. You will oversee all of the front-of-house team including up to Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration team, drivers etc.

As an Aftersales Manager will require someone who is passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, who can mentor and coach their team on a daily basis, and be proactive to ensure the department anticipates the needs and demands of customer’s.

Aftersales Manager Requirements

• This position would suit someone already in a Service / Aftersales Manager position.
• Ideally you will have Main Dealership experience
• You will need to be a ‘leader’ of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
• Be able to demonstrate a stable career path
