Job summary

Kream in Exeter seeks an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the Aftersales Manager across busy service and parts operations. The role suits a Senior Service Advisor or Aftersales Team Leader aiming to progress into management.

You will lead Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams, drive service profitability, and help maintain manufacturer standards while delivering excellent customer service. A full driving licence is required.

• Franchised dealership experience.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting Aftersales operations.

An established multi-franchise dealership group is seeking an experienced ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER to support the Aftersales Manager across its busy service and parts operations.

The role would suit a Senior Service Advisor, Aftersales Team Leader or experienced dealership professional looking to progress into management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Aftersales Department.
• Drive EVHC, upselling, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Support KPIs, productivity and operational targets.
• Ensure manufacturer and company standards are maintained.
• Lead and support Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams.

The Candidate

Applicants will have franchised dealership experience, strong commercial awareness and a proven focus on customer service and performance. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
