A local authority in England is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join its Economy and Infrastructure finance team. The role involves providing financial advice and support across various Council services, assisting with budget planning, monitoring, and grant claims. Applicants should have five GCSEs including Maths and English as well as a MAAT qualification. Hours: 37 (30 hours part time considered)
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Economy and Infrastructure (E&I) finance team at Solihull Council. This finance team provides support across a diverse range of Council service areas which include Environmental Services, Highways, Customer Services, Regulatory Services, Stronger Communities, Housing, Arts, Libraries, Planning and Economic Development.
