Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to assist the Accommodation Manager in delivering a seamless guest experience across park accommodations. The role suits someone with hospitality experience, strong organisation, and the ability to lead a small team to maintain high cleanliness and guest service standards.

You will work closely with the Accommodation Manager, support training for the cleaning team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or accommodation management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest experience and ensure professional interactions.
• Greet guests professionally and represent the park positively.
• Support and train the cleaning team to high standards.
• Monitor cleaning standards and health & safety compliance.
• Assist in key management, check lighting and safety before check-in.
• Complete paperwork and maintain inventory control.
