Job summary

You will coordinate daily operations, provide coaching, and drive guest satisfaction with strong leadership and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams and delivering high service standards.
Ability to forecast labour and plan resources effectively.
Strong operation coordination across departments.
Proficiency with standard IT systems and reporting tools.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Recruiting, onboarding, and training Accommodation team members.
Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all accommodations.
Develop rolling plans and assign clear responsibilities.
Provide coaching and development plans to the team.
Monitor performance and implement weekly action plans.
