Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee our accommodation services across our parks. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, and manage pre-season and off-season preparations to keep units guest ready.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service in a busy hospitality environment. DBS check is required and seasonal demands apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or accommodation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee standards and operations of accommodation services.
• Lead pre-season preparations and winter close-down tasks.
• Train and monitor the cleaning team to meet company standards.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and COSHH regulations; obtain risk assessments.
• Manage inventory, keys, and safety equipment; ensure all units are guest ready.
• Greet guests professionally and provide exceptional guest service.
• Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, scheduling, and rota management.
