Park Holidays UK is seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee the standards and operations of our accommodation services, ensuring cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and clear communication to support peak season and off-season preparations.

You will manage the cleaning team, inventory, safety equipment, and adherence to COSHH regulations, while coordinating pre-season setups and winter close-downs to keep our holiday homes guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest satisfaction with professional communication.
• Oversee accommodation standards and cleanliness.
• Train and monitor cleaning teams to meet safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Manage inventory, linen process, and safety equipment upkeep.
• Inspect accommodations before check-in and address issues promptly.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and rota management.
• Coordinate pre-season setup and winter close-down activities.
• Liaise with Holiday Service team to maintain hire fleet standards.
• Safeguard keys and maintain a spotless, well-organised environment.
