Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to support the Accommodation Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this hands‑on role, you’ll lead a team to maintain spotless, well‑presented holiday homes across our parks, conduct regular quality checks, and train staff to uphold Parkdean’s high standards.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, ensuring stock levels, and resolving guest queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a busy hospitality or service environment.
• Ability to conduct quality inspections and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Comfort with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to train and develop team members on on‑the‑job coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleanliness, safety, and presentation of holiday homes.
• Lead regular inspections and address non‑compliance promptly.
• mentor and coach team members to maintain Parkdean quality standards.
• Ensure team has tools, supplies, and stock to perform duties efficiently.
• Handle guest queries with minimal disruption to stays and foster positive guest relations.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and COSHH.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff, providing feedback based on performance data.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities and report shortages.
