Park Holidays UK is seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee the standards and operations of our accommodation services, ensuring cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage inventories, and coordinate pre-season and off-season activities at our parks.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and commitment to delivering high guest service standards. DBS check is required, and the position includes a benefits package within the holiday park

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Flexible to work during peak season and manage off-season preparations.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest satisfaction with professional communication.
• Oversee pre-season preparations and winter close-down tasks.
• Train and monitor cleaning team to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH; obtain risk assessments.
• Manage inventory, key handling, and safety equipment upkeep.
• Inspect accommodations to ensure readiness before guest check-in.
• Oversee linen process and maintain housekeeping areas.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, scheduling and rosters.
