Job summary

Park Holidays UK is looking for a capable Accommodation Manager to oversee the standards of our accommodation services and guest experience across our holiday parks. You will lead a team, manage cleaning operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate pre-season and off-season activities to keep units guest-ready.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and seasonal workload, DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest satisfaction with professional, courteous communication.
• Oversee pre-season preparations and winter close-down tasks, inventory, and maintenance.
• Train and monitor cleaning team to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations; secure risk assessments.
• Manage inventory, key handling, and safety equipment upkeep.
• Inspect accommodations for guest readiness and report issues promptly.
• Oversee linen process and housekeeping organisation per regulatory guidelines.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and rosta for coverage.
