Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to work with the Accommodation Manager in our UK parks. You will coordinate and support the Accommodation team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types, ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience managing teams.
Ability to coordinate complex daily operations.
Forecasting labour and resource planning skills.
Access to accommodation for checks and hands-on cleaning tasks with lifting, bending and standing.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, onboarding and training Accommodation team members.
Coordinate daily cleaning operations across all accommodation types and perform regular spot checks.
Support the Accommodation Manager with team structure, delegation and clarity of responsibilities.
Provide day-to-day coaching and support 1-2-1s to develop the team.
Respond to guest queries and help resolve issues with minimal disruption.
Work with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs and guest requests.
