Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead and develop our accommodation teams, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction across all parks. You will forecast labour, coordinate daily operations, check-ins, and work weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Accommodation team members.
• Create a positive culture delivering high standards.
• Define team structure, delegate roles, and responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing coaching, 1-2-1s, and development plans.
• Drive engagement, motivation, and recognition.
• Oversee daily cleaning across all accommodation types.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Create rolling plans to maintain performance.
• Analyse data and produce weekly improvement plans.
• Coordinate check-ins, repairs and guest requests with Maintenance & Guest Experience teams.
