Asset Integrity Coordinator

We are looking for an Asset Integrity Coordinator to join the team who will oversee and coordinate departmental administrative tasks, and maintain and work within the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of the facilities, equipment, and systems. Your primary duties will include report writing, managing work order metrics, coordinating with internal customers, scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating with external contractors, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

What you’ll do:
  • Ensure active participation in health and safety talks, meetings, and training.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems, minimising disruptions.
  • Prioritise and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess maintenance needs and develop preventive plans.
  • Source and evaluate external contractors and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, track inventory and costs.
  • Conduct inspections to identify needs and hazards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and develop maintenance procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, generate maintenance notifications, update asset information, and compile reports.
  • Coordinate contractors and manage unscheduled tasks.
  • Track inventory and critical spares.
  • Improve CMMS system efficiency.
  • Coordinate actions from audits related to repairs and asset management.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant educational background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field); and/or
  • Practical experience gained through previous employment, internships, or an apprenticeship in data analysis, engineering, project management, planning, or a similar role.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, charts/graphs, descriptive statistics, correlations, regressions, and histograms.
  • Solid skills in data entry, data cleaning, and data quality control to ensure accurate and reliable datasets.
