Are you looking for a change…Overseeing £1 billion of assets across 23,000 units and 2,000 sites, we have an exciting opportunity for maternity leave cover to oversee the Care/Commercial Asset Data team (two people) and continue the implementation of our data strategy activities. Previous experience in any area such project management, Finance, Technology, Business Information or Property is advantageous as this is a dynamic and varied role with a broad remit.
Day to day the Asset Data team support the Care/Commercial property team members (55 people) with the activities needed to procure, manage, and deliver Group reinvestment projects. This includes monitoring financial performance, supporting system inputs and process improvements, overseeing performance metrics, and analysing data such as repairs and compliance to develop information to complement decision making.
Important qualities for success in this role are being highly organised, excellent attention to detail, ability to switch tasks and manage multiple priorities, be a proactive self-starter, problem solver and demonstrate a supportive leadership style.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our care homes/commercial sites by providing insightful analysis, producing reports and strategic recommendations that drive reinvestment, sustainability, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in data, systems, and stakeholder engagement will directly influence the quality and longevity of our care/commercial environments.
