Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience working with asset management.
• Advanced experience using asset data management software.
• Experience in asset data integration across BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Manage FBRS asset database and ensure integration with HS2 asset database.
• Develop and maintain project asset database systems.
• Provide first-line support to users.

Skills

Proficiency with asset management software

Experience with BIM tools

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with ETL tools like FME

Education

Degree in BIM/Design/Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering
