Salary: Norwich - £23,870 to £30,319/ London - £26,199 to £33,375 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: 12-month Secondment / Fixed term contract

We’re recruiting an Asset Condition Assistant to join our dedicated team in Norwich or London.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Asset Condition Specialist with the delivery of our stock condition programme. You’ll help coordinate survey schedules, gather accurate data, and produce insightful reports using our Asset Management database.

You’ll also collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure data is captured and structured correctly, respond to queries from residents in relation to stock condition, and contribute to project teams to help improve the department’s overall performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to pursue a career in property or property maintenance.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Norwich or London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 day per week.

Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
