Job Details

An internationally recognised offshore law firm is seeking an associate to join its market-leading asset and aviation finance practice in Dublin. The team advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional aviation and asset finance transactions for banks, lessors, aircraft owners, arrangers and private equity sponsors, operating at the forefront of the global market.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value leasing and financing matters, with direct partner access and responsibility for technically challenging work from an early stage. You will work closely with experienced practitioners across jurisdictions, supporting innovative transactions and developing strong client relationships within a highly collaborative environment.

Applicants should be commonwealth qualified lawyers with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience. Prior exposure to asset or aviation finance is advantageous, although strong candidates with a background in general finance, banking or project finance will also be considered. Excellent academics, strong drafting and analytical skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
