Job description

Personnel Selection is looking for production candidates to work back shift / late shift roles within an engineering production environment. You will be using small hand tools, administering glues and resins, and painting components. This is a manual role as there are some elements of lifting required. You will need to be self-motivated and happy to work in a very repetitive environment.

The ideal candidate will have come from an engineering production assembly role previously and be available immediately. You will also need to show a steady work history on your CV.

This role is a long-term ongoing temporary position with work available into the end of January 2026, possibly longer.

The working hours will be 1pm to 11pm - Monday to Thursday, with Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays off. Working a 38 hour week.

Pay rates are as follows:

• £12.21 up to 5:30pm
• £16.23 up to 11:00pm (standard rate plus 33%)
