Assembly Operative

£13.21 per hour

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run and expanding manufacturing business. We are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to join their manufacturing team.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends)

29 days holiday entitlement

About the Role

As an Assembly Operative, you will be involved in all aspects of the final assembly. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals with good manual dexterity, practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and manufacturing of trailer components
  • Using hand and power tools (experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Working to strict SOPs within a continuous improvement environment
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity
  • Supporting team targets and production schedules

Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long‑term career in manufacturing.
