Job description

A valuable opportunity has arisen within an asbestos consultancy providing a wide range of professional asbestos services nationwide. This company is now looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Dartford area. The successful applicant will hold the P402 asbestos certificate with extensive experience undertaking asbestos surveys on a varied site base. Applications from Grays, Epsom, Croydon, Mitcham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
• Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & safety procedures.
• IT literate.

Key Role:

• Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial, industrial and residential properties.
• Collating and producing concise, accurate asbestos reports.
• Build & maintain a good relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
