Profile

Our client is well established within the Asbestos and Environmental industry; they work hard to provide their clients with the full range of Asbestos services across the UK. Due to rapidly growing business, they are now looking to take on a qualified and keen Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst the ideal candidate will hold extensive experience undertaking both analytical and surveying duties across commercial, retail and healthcare clients. Consideration would also be given to candidates who hold the P403, P404 qualification that are looking to progress to further P Certs. Experience & Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
• Will have full understanding of Health and Safety Legislations.
• Will ideally have previous experience working within the asbestos industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

The Role

• Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a mixed range of sites.
• Carrying out 4 stage clearances: smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing.
• Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
• Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
