Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Basildon, Essex

Essex based Asbestos Consultancy, with a reputation in the industry for providing high quality asbestos services, is currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Analyst to join them. You will be joining a leading asbestos company with a longstanding team of Analysts and Surveyors, undertaking asbestos works across commercial, industrial and some local authority sites. In return, the company can offer a competitive basic salary, alongside further training, and good overtime / travel time rates.

Successful candidate will be covering contracts across the London / Essex area and will be based in or around one of the following locations: Basildon, Wickford, South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Southend‑on‑Sea, Rochford, Hockley, Chelmsford, Billericay, Brentwood, Stanford‑le‑Hope, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham, Rainham.

Experience / Qualifications

• P403 / P404 or equivalent qualification.
• Onsite experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst.
• Working knowledge of HSG248.
• Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work well on your own or as part of a team.
• Also interested in persons with p401, p402, p403, p404 or S301 / CCP.

Duties

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys to Commercial & Industrial properties & sites.
• Conducting 4-stage clearances.
• Carry out smoke, background, leak, re‑occupation, and personal air testing.
• Undertake visual inspections of asbestos enclosures.
• Supervision of removal projects.
• Collect site data using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
• Undertake independent audits of contractors’ removal / remediation work.
• Liaise with clients and provide specialist consultancy advice.
