Our client is a leading name within the asbestos industry providing a full range of asbestos surveying services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable, efficient, and adaptable Asbestos Administrator/QC Report Checker based in and around the Rotherham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within an administrator position within the asbestos industry. Previous experience using specialised asbestos software would also be beneficial to the role. Applications will be considered from Wakefield, Doncaster, Sheffield, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Have previous experience working within the asbestos analytical industry.
  • Experience of TEAMS/TRACKER software.
  • Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Experience managing diaries and scheduling appointments/tests.
  • Experience of office management would be advantageous.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Must have excellent organisational skills.
Key Duties within the Role
  • Carry out administrative duties such as: booking in samples to the lab, scheduling of asbestos analysts and arranging air tests.
  • Checking QC Reports.
  • Carry out all routine administrative tasks, booking appointments, filing time sheets etc.
  • Liaising with clients/customers.
  • Involvement in training of other office staff as required.
  • Typing, checking, and analysing asbestos reports.
  • Sending certificates to clients.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases and offering technical help to customers and staff.
