Job summary

A well-established education agency is seeking an experienced Art Teacher to join a secondary school in North Leeds. This role starts immediately and runs until the end of the academic year, potentially leading to a direct contract in January 2026. Responsibilities include planning lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, providing feedback, and collaborating with the Art department to develop the curriculum. Candidates must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant qualifications in Art. Competitive pay is offered from day one.

This Art teacher role will be starting immediately and will run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a direct contract from January 2026.

Responsibilities as an Art teacher:
  • Planning and delivering lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Track student's progression and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their artistic skills.
  • Share ideas with other members in the Art department in order to develop the curriculum.
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
