Subject Lead - Art, Secondary School | Star Academies Trust, Temp-to-Perm Option (MPS/UPS + TLR 2)

An ambitious secondary school within Star Academies is seeking a Subject Lead for Art to provide strong curriculum and departmental leadership.

This role suits an outstanding Art teacher ready to step into, or continue in, middle leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Art across KS3 and KS4, including curriculum, assessment, and standards
  • Drive high-quality teaching and learning through coaching and support
  • Use data to raise attainment, particularly for disadvantaged pupils
