Overview

Art & Photography Teacher Salary: MPS/UPS (£32,916-£51,048). Competitive salary for the Berkshire Area.

Contract: Maternity cover, two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays). Kennet School embraces flexible working, and we are open to discuss possibilities for flexible working across all positions. All reasonable adjustments may be discussed during interview. Required for: Easter 2026.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher to join our school as a teacher of Art & Design. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who can demonstrate experience of raising attainment, with a proven track record of success in the classroom. The role holder will deliver engaging and innovative Art & Design lessons, fostering creativity and artistic exploration among pupils, as well as contributing to the rich co‑curricular programme Kennet School provides.
