Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Upavon, Wiltshire, is hiring a Contact Advisor to support Army recruitment. This full-time, on-site role runs 11:00am–7:00pm, 37.5 hours per week, with a fixed term until 31 March 2027.

The successful candidate will guide candidates through the recruitment process, answer queries, and maintain records with accuracy. Benefits include paid holiday, volunteering day, pension and life cover, cycle-to-work, and staff training in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to capture information accurately.
• A patient, empathetic and professional approach.
• Familiarity with army careers would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from individuals interested in joining the British Army
• Responding to candidate enquiries via online webchat
• Updating and maintaining accurate records on our internal systems
• Providing clear information about the recruitment process and next steps
