Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Recruiter in Colwyn Bay to support candidates through the Army recruitment journey. You will interview, advise and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

You will lead attraction events, work with educational providers, manage relationships with stakeholders and use social media to attract applicants. Salary £28,000, 23 days holiday, pension and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK drivers licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
