Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Chelmsford is recruiting a Recruiter to support the Army’s bespoke recruitment journey. You will interview candidates, deliver excellent service, and lead local attraction events from a town-centre location.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri). Desirable experience includes familiarity with Army Careers and recruitment; UK driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT literate using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates and support them through the recruitment journey.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attend and lead attraction events to raise Army career awareness.
• Work with educational providers to promote Army careers.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use social media tools to attract and engage candidates.
